Requirements (yep, there are rules)

This is a business, it's how we earn a living, and rules are in place to protect us as much as every individual and animal here. (We do operate a nonprofit to help supply personal needs of both people and animals, that's a separate page and topic.)

Agency placement

We do not just sign a lease with anybody. This housing is for emergency placement/transitional housing for those who have sought help through community or government programs.

Policies

Each community program or government assistance program has their own guidelines, and we reinforce those as a requirement to live here. An agreement will be discussed and agreed on so everyone is on the same page and we're all kept safe.

Examples: no drugs, no unauthorized guests (we need to know that there is no threat to any person/animal), no longer than 2 years here.

Inclusive

We don't discriminate for race, religious beliefs, economic status, age, or any other reason. This is a place for those who need it to survive and a place to grow into a better, safer, healthier life.
